Reduce stress, build community, and learn science-backed tools for improving wellness. We do various mindfulness practices, feature a practical psychology talk, have discussions, and share time to connect. The Peer Mindfulness Collective is based in Eugene, Oregon, and is led by Sage Liskey. We meet every 2nd, 4th, and 5th Monday of the month. These are drop-in sessions, there is no need to have attended before. **GET UPDATES** To make sure you receive meeting updates and cancellations, please sign up for the weekly email at https://peermindco.eo.page/email or join the Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/peermindco. You can ask questions by reaching out to PeerMindCollective@gmail.com **WHY MINDFULNESS?** Research shows that regular mindfulness practice improves focus, sleep, relationships, and mood. It can reduce stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, anger, pain, and inflammation. **LOCATION** The Trauma Healing Project, Sanctuary Room. 631 E 19th Ave, Building B.
