Using the site

Eugene Events is a free, personal, non-commercial calendar of events in and around Eugene, Oregon. Please use it lawfully and don't try to break it, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or get into other people's accounts.

Event information

Listings come from third-party sources such as venues, organizers and public calendars, and each one links to its source. Events can change, sell out, move or be cancelled without notice. Eugene Events doesn't run these events and isn't responsible for them. Always check with the organizer before you go. If a listing is wrong, use the feedback form.

Your account and your content

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You keep ownership of what you post, such as RSVP notes and your profile photo. You give Eugene Events permission to store it and show it to the people the site says can see it.

Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or spammy, or anything that shares other people's private information or infringes someone's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Eugene Events and Eve Weinberg aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its listings.

Changes
