Canadian guitarist, composer, and producer Jesse Cook is widely recognized for his groundbreaking approach to world music, blending flamenco, jazz, and other cultural influences. “I want to take people to places they haven’t been,” notes Cook. “I like finding common ground for different music traditions, a space where music from around the world can come together,” Cook explains. “A place where modern sounds can mix with ancient timbres.” This marks his 2nd Shedd appearance.
